These terms govern your use of GamingSmart. By using the site and its tools, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

The tools are provided “as is”

GamingSmart’s converters and calculators are provided for convenience, “as is” and without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantee that any result is accurate, complete, current, or correct. A result may be wrong. Sensitivity conversion is an approximation: field of view, aspect ratio, and how each game handles mouse input mean a converted value can feel different in practice. Always treat outputs as a starting point you should test, not a precise or guaranteed figure.

We work to keep the per-game data correct, but games change their sensitivity systems and errors can occur. You use the tools and rely on their output entirely at your own risk, and we accept no responsibility for any outcome of using them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GamingSmart is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its results, including any effect on your gameplay, settings, or hardware.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, for example by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, copy its data wholesale, or use it in any unlawful way. The tools are free for personal use.

Intellectual property and trademarks

The GamingSmart name, site design, and original content are ours. Game titles, and any other product names referenced on the site, are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the games the tools support. GamingSmart is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any game publisher.

The site links to external sites and displays third-party advertising. We don’t control that content and aren’t responsible for it. Your use of third-party sites is governed by their terms, and data handling by our analytics and ad partners is described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

GamingSmart is operated from Florida, United States. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute relating to the site or these terms will be subject to the state and federal courts located in Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms; the “last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
